Our Packing Materials

Your package, from box to label, is made from post-consumer, biodegradable, plant-derived, renewable, and recyclable materials. And, our shipping supplier is right here in Louisville, Colorado!

How and when are orders shipped?

All orders placed through our online store are shipped via USPS providing you with consistently reliable services. Every shipment includes a tracking number, so you can closely monitor your order’s shipping and delivery status!

All orders placed after 8AM MST will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not shipped over the weekends or on major holidays.

Please note that USPS does not deliver on Sundays.

We can ship to PO boxes.

Colorado and California orders will incur a sales tax.

What states do you ship to?

Good news! We can (and will) ship to all 50 states. That’s right – Alaska and Hawaii too!

Do you ship to Canada?

We’re sorry, we are not able to ship to Canada due to Canada's Import regulations.

Do you ship internationally?

We’re sorry, but we only ship to the United States at this time.

What are the available shipping options?

USPS Ground Advantage: Delivery in 2-5 business days. Includes tracking. Free for all subscription orders and all orders over $75.
USPS Priority: Guaranteed delivery in 1-3 business days. Includes tracking.
