Lost or Forgotten Password
If you have lost or forgotten your account password:
- Click “Lost your password?” on the login screen.
- Enter your username or email address. Be sure to use the email address associated with your account.
- You will receive an email to reset your password. The new password you set must be at least 12 characters long.
- If for some reason you do not receive the email, please wait at least 10 minutes before attempting another reset.
Note: You do not have to have an account to place an order!
If you are still having trouble logging into your account, please email info@boulderholisticvet.com or call 720-503-6646 and we will generate a new password on your behalf. We are here to help!
