All orders placed through our website are shipped via USPS to provide you with the fastest and most reliable service available.
Please note that USPS doesn’t deliver on Sunday. If you place your order on Friday, it might not arrive until Monday even if you choose USPS Express.
ALL orders placed after 8 AM of a working day from Monday to Friday will be shipped the next day. Orders placed on Saturday will be shipped the next working day, on Monday.
How long will it take to get my order?
You shouldn’t have to wait to get your order! So we work hard to ship your order within 48 hrs. Normally, orders placed after 8 am of a working day will be shipped the next day.
Depending on your shipping method, you can get your order anywhere from 1-3 days, once it’s been shipped.
Do I need to be there to sign for it?
Nope! If you’re not home, the driver will leave it at your door or with your door man.
I live in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico?
Yes, we ship within the contiguous US, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico at this time.
**Please keep in mind that shipments to Puerto Rico might be delayed 1-3 weeks. We’ve noticed a delayed even in overnight shipments arriving a week later and regular shipping arriving up to 3 weeks late. There is nothing we can do here as it’s due to customs and how quickly USPS delivers arriving packages. Apologies in any delays.
I have a P.O. box or APO/FPO address?
We are able to ship to P.O. boxes but unfortunately we can’t ship to military addresses.
I’m not home?
We usually leave it up to the drivers unless you have specific instructions. They will first try to get you at home and if after a couple times they can’t get you, they’ll drop the package off at your doorstep or leave it with a building manager.
Do you ship outside the US?
At this time, we only ship within the contiguous US.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from boulderholisticvet.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
If your item hasn’t arrived, please contact your local USPS office and open a claim. Once your claim has been opened, send us your confirmation information and we will do our best to help you find it on our end.
