Returns & Damaged/Lost Policy
We love you, and we love your pet. We want what’s best for you both, which is why we offer a 100% satisfaction guaranteed return policy.
Our return policy is simple. If you (or your pet!) are not 100%, totally and completely, satisfied with your product, return it!
Simply contact my team by email ([email protected]) or call 720-503-6646 to initiate your return. Please have your order number and any other relevant information regarding your return available.
We will issue a prepaid USPS return label which you will use to send your product back. Once we receive the return, we will issue a refund. You will be refunded for the product cost and tax. We do not refund the initial shipping costs or return shipping costs. After the refund process is complete, please allow 5 to 7 business days for funds to be reflected on your credit card statement.
Any returns made after 120 days of purchase will be refunded in the form of store credit.
Please note: we cannot accept international returns.
Lost or Damaged Products
We are comitted to the safety and timely delivery of your purchases. We’re pleased to announce that Boulder Holistic Vet is now integrated with Route Package Protection. Route is a shipping insurance provider that offers complete package protection for your orders. Learn more here.
If your product arrives damaged and you purchased Route purchase protection, file a claim here.
If your item hasn’t arrived or is lost, here are a few steps to take:
- Check your tracking number to ensure your order was delivered to the correct shipping address.
- Check that your order wasn’t accidentally delivered to a neighbor’s house.
- Contact your local USPS office to see if they are holding the package for delivery.
- If you still can’t locate your package and you purchased Route package protection, file a claim here.
