Our return policy is simple. If you (or your pet!) are not 100%, totally and completely, satisfied with your product, return it!
Need to Return Something?
Simply contact my team by email ([email protected]) or call 720-503-6646 to initiate your return. Please have your order number and any other relevant information regarding your return available.
We will issue a USPS return label which you will use to send your product back. Once we receive the return, we will issue a refund. You will be refunded for the product cost and tax. We do not refund original discounted ($6) or return ($8) shipping costs.
After the refund process is complete, allow 3-5 business days for funds to be reflected in your account.
Please note: we cannot accept international returns.
If your product arrives damaged, contact us immediately to let us know. My team will open a USPS claim on your behalf, as well as ensure you get the product you need.
If your item hasn’t arrived or is lost, here are a few steps to take:
- Check your USPS tracking number to ensure your order was delivered to the correct shipping address.
- Check that your order wasn’t accidentally delivered to a neighbor’s house.
- Contact your local USPS office to see if they are holding the package for delivery.
- If you still can’t locate your package, contact my team through email ([email protected]) or call 720-503-6646! We will open a claim with USPS on your behalf, and we will keep you posted every step of the way.
