How do I contact customer service?

What are your customer service hours?
We are available Mon-Fri 9 am to 5 pm MST.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is varies on the amount of products purchased and the shipping method chosen. For details, take a look at our Shipping Policy.
How long does it take to get my order?
You shouldn’t have to wait to get your order! So we work hard to ship your order within 48 hrs. Depending on your shipping method, you can get your order anywhere from 1-3 days.
Can I track the status of my order?
Sure thing, when your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number that you can use to determine the location of your order. Of course you can also call us and we’ll check it for you! We’d love to hear from you.
Who will be delivering my order?
All orders placed through our website are shipped via USPS to provide you with the fastest and most reliable service available.
Please note that USPS doesn’t deliver on Sunday. If you place your order on Friday, it might not arrive until Monday even if you choose USPS Express.
Do I need to be there to sign for it?
Nope! If you’re not home, the driver will leave it at your door or with your door man.
Do you ship to P.O. boxes?
Sorry, at this time, we don’t ship to P.O. boxes.
Do you charge sales tax?
We charge sales tax for items shipped to destinations in the state of California and Colorado.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet! At this time we only ship within the contiguous US, Alaska and Hawaii.
Do you work with shelters and other pet-related organizations?
Yes, of course! Boulder Holistic is a holistic veterinarian clinic ran by Dr. Angie Krause in the city of Boulder, CO.
Dr. Krause works extensively to care for her pet patients and help pet owners become pet advocated for their furry loves.
